The Kids Help Phone app provides a password protected space for you to log your feelings, receive youth-submitted inspirational quotes, tips on taking care of yourself, and jokes aimed at helping you cope with stress. You can get information on emotional health topics and more. You can be connected to a Kids Help Phone counsellor over the phone, or via Live Chat when during chat hours. Finally, the app can direct you to a tool called Resources Around Me, where you can independently search for resources and services in your area.
